2. Rights you can exercise
- Access a summary of personal data we process and the processing activities.
- Ask which other Data Fiduciaries or Data Processors that personal data has been shared with, where the Act requires that disclosure.
- Correct, complete, or update inaccurate personal data.
- Erase personal data when you withdraw consent or the purpose is over, unless a law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent. Withdrawal is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect processing that was already lawful.
- Nominate one or more people who may exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so.
- Raise a grievance about our processing.
3. How to make a request
Identify yourself with the email address on your GBP Local Ranker account, or the email you used on a form. That identifier lets us match the request to the right person. Use the form on this page, or email the Grievance Officer directly.

4. How quickly we respond
We respond to grievances and data-principal requests within a reasonable period not exceeding 90 days. We acknowledge a clear request sooner when we can, and we tell you if we need more information to identify you or to complete the request.
5. Complaint to the Data Protection Board
If you are not satisfied with our grievance response, or if we do not respond within the published period, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The Board works as a digital office. Use the grievance process on this page first — the Act expects that step before a complaint to the Board.
